Demographic information. Stored demographic information is not linked to your personal identification information.

All information that users provide directly is confidential and is solely used for the particular purpose stated at the point of collection. EML will never sell or provide access to your information to third parties without your specific consent.
Access to your Assessment Results
EML maintains the confidentiality of each assessment taker. Aggregated and anonymized report data may be used for research purposes. Data used for research purposes cannot be tracked to your individual report.
Another user may purchase an access code to the EML assessment for you. In that case, your results are also shared with the user who purchased the code. That user will have access to the report including your name and results, but will not have access to your specific answers within the assessment. The user who purchased the code cannot alter your results or any of the data you provided. After completing the assessment, you have the right to opt out of sharing your results. How do we store your data?
EML maintains reasonable and appropriate security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Access to user data is strictly limited to specific individuals who are trained to respect user privacy and is restricted to their need for such information for business purposes.
What are your data protection rights?
EML would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request EML for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that EML correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request EML to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that EML erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that EML restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to EML’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that EML transfers the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
